Our mindfulness training classes fuse ancient philosophies with modern psychology and neuroscience. We offer instruction in a variety of techniques - breath attention, daily mindful exercises and the purposeful movement of walking meditation and mindful movement.
Through a variety of formal practices, the carefully developed programs will guide you in cultivating present moment awareness. Present moment awareness is key to developing greater clarity, helping you to recognize negative patterns of reactivity, conditioned behavior and unproductive thoughts. The techniques employed are secular and compatible with any faith tradition.
Courses are designed to take you through a step-by-step process with the support and resources you'll need to build a mindfulness practice.
Workshops introduce mindfulness to your organization and are delivered on-site or online. Formats vary from short presentations to multi-week courses .
