Mindfulness 101, our introductory class is hosted at the same day and time for 6 weeks.* Sessions are 60 minutes and are live via ZOOM. You will be able to interact with the instructor as well as others in the class. Class size is limited to ensure that everyone has the chance to participate and ask questions. If you miss a session, a recorded option will be available for your convenience. This course is a great introduction to the foundations of mindfulness in a friendly, professional, and interactive environment. In addition to the weekly meetings with the instructor and fellow group members, you will receive instructional videos to watch at your convenience as well as several guided meditations to help support you in your practice.
*Class dates are February 21st, February 28th, March 14th, March 21st, March 28th, and April 4th. No class on March 7th.
