A six week interactive online course directed by certified mindfulness facilitators. 

Here is a great way to get introduced to mindfulness and meditation in a friendly interactive atmosphere that is not associated with any particular religion or belief system. Learn how to reduce stress, create more wholeness and balance in your life. We use classical and modern scientific foundations for mindfulness practice. Training in empathy, resilience and compassion. 

We will meet weekly via zoom or Skype for a live interactive class. Classes will also be recorded, so if you are unable to attend a session, you can catch up when it's convenient for you.
